Remarks & Key Precautions:

1.Required temperature:

• • 1) Storage temperature range: -10 to 30 degrees Celsius; anything above 30 degrees requires cooling treatment.
  • 2) Lamp surface temperature (working time): when temperatures rise over the recommended level, temperature control equipment must be installed.

2. The cabinet, the power supply shell, and the screen’s metal components should all be properly grounded, with a grounding resistance of less than 10. Prevent electrical leakage that could endanger human health while simultaneously preventing electrostatic damage to electronics in moist environments.

3. It is not advised for customers to use the magnetic approach to install modules in an outdoor environment. Because it will result in the following risks:

• • Rain or snow can get inside the screen from the front to the back. This can corrode and reduce the effectiveness of the cables, system card, power supply, and electronic parts.
  • The LED screen’s performance and flatness cannot be guaranteed by the magnetic installation technique.
  • A module may distort under extremely cold temperatures.

4. The employee is required to wear an anti-static glove and wrist strap. Throughout assembly, a variety of tools need to be firmly grounded.
5. A temperature and humidity meter should be installed at the display screen installation site in order to promptly monitor the environment surrounding the screen body.
